Delectable baked cheesecake with chocolate. This is the most delicious and straightforward chocolate cheesecake, made without the need of eggs, wheat flour, or a base. It’s a creamy, dark chocolate cheesecake that tastes great!
Ingredients
500 g of premium powdered cottage cheese, such as Piďtnica
100 grams of cream 30%
200 g dark chocolate bar with 1 vanilla cheese 60–70% – 100 g
Three whole tsp of chocolate
A dollop of potato starch
Five tsp of powdered sugar
Recipe for Chocolate Cheesecake
I have 250 milliliters in my glass. To prepare the cheesecake, I used a cake tin with a diameter of 18 cm.
You also need baking paper, butter, and sprinkles or chocolate shavings for decorating the cake tin for the chocolate cheesecake.
Put baking paper in the bottom of the cake tin. Put the ring on and use butter to coat the cake tin’s interior. Fill a pot with cocoa, milk, powdered sugar, and broken chocolate. Turn the burner down to medium and whisk everything while it heats up. On the burner, combine the ingredients and stir until the mixture is uniformly smooth. (The cream could get hot.)
Combine ground cottage cheese, potato flour, and vanilla cheese in a bowl. After adding the heated chocolate cream, thoroughly mix everything. I mixed using a hand blender. If you use 250 grams of mascarpone cheese and 250 grams of cottage cheese, the chocolate cheesecake will be more silky.
Set a container, such as a loaf pan, halfway full of boiling water at the base of the oven. By doing this, the cheesecake won’t break when baking. The cheesecake should be baked using the top/bottom baking option on the middle shelf. Bake at 170-180 degrees for 70 minutes.
After baking, keep the oven door ajar for 15 minutes while the cheesecake bakes. Once the cheesecake has cooled, take it out of the cake tin and top it with chocolate shavings or sprinkles. Cheesecake is best enjoyed overnight in the refrigerator.
In this dish, cheese is the most crucial component. It must not be slender, sour, or thin.
You can stir in a few drops of orange flavoring to give the cheesecake a festive feel. It complements the recipe exactly.
