This is not at all dry, but rather a lovely, creamy, gluten-free almond cake! What appeals to me the most about them? in order to facilitate implementation. because it always functions properly, everyone like the flavor, and it looks lovely.
Ingredients for almond cake
- (s/m) three eggs
- Eighty grams of butter
- 200 g of almond flour and 100 g of cane sugar
- two tsp baking powder
- It only takes a few drops of vanilla or almond essence.

Furthermore:
• a tiny cake pan or baking tin
• powdered amaranth for dusting the mold
• granulated sugar for sprinkling; or, if gluten-free, bran or breadcrumbs
* Ground almonds are used to make almond flour. You can manually grind almonds, for example, in a coffee grinder.
Every component needs to be at room temperature.
Set the oven’s temperature to 170 degrees (ideally using convection).
In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix thoroughly by stirring.
Combine the sifted flour and baking powder (sifting will still work even if you don’t have a large mesh screen). Add the essence, if using, and work the dough until it’s smooth.
Cake with almonds
Since the dough shouldn’t pour readily, line the mold with the amaranth that has been prepared and then pour the remaining butter inside. Bake for thirty minutes. Next, shut off the oven. The cake should be taken out of the oven after ten minutes.
Before Serving, spread the powder sugar.
