Cocoa cake with pears

A great-tasting, delicious, fluffy chocolate cake with pears. It also always functions.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of plain wheat flour, or slightly more than a glass
  • Three big eggs
  • One hundred grams of butter
  • Milk in 125 milliliters
  • One hundred grams of sugar powder
  • one complete chocolate spoon
  • One-half teaspoon baking soda
  • One teaspoon baking powder
  • 400 g of weighing pears with the seeds removed

Pears and chocolate cake

Savor ripe pears, as at conferences. There are going to be three or four parts in there.

Add the baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate to the bowl containing the sifted flour. Put the butter and milk into a small pot and set it over low heat. Meanwhile, melt the butter. Use a mixer if necessary to thoroughly beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the heated butter to the milk and flour mixture while continuing to whisk. Mix for an additional minute.

After peeling, chop the pears into pieces that are roughly 2.3 cm thick. To them, add a little flour. After distributing the remaining butter across the cake tin, dust it with flour. You can line the bottom with strips of paper. The dough is very thin, so pour it out and arrange the pear pieces on it.

Place the loaf pan in the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees. Put it in the oven and let it dry for fifty minutes. Once the oven is off, slightly open the door and let it sit until the temperature stabilizes.
