- Four pieces of 200 g ground cucumbers (about four ground cucumbers)
- 50 grams of radishes, or roughly three pieces

- 1/3 flat teaspoon salt and 1/4 flat teaspoon pepper are the amounts of spices.
- bread and a hard-boiled egg to serve.
Cucumber cold soup with radishes
Step 1: Get the buttermilk ready.
Transfer 625 milliliters, or 2.5 cups, of organic Mrągowska Buttermilk into a bigger basin. The greatest buttermilk for cold soups is this one! It is not necessary to combine it with kefir, yogurt, or cream. Its wonderful composition, made entirely of buttermilk, milk, and living cultures of lactic bacteria, gives it the ideal consistency and flavor. It has a lot of calcium and few calories.
Chop the dill and chives in step two.
Chop fresh chives and dill after rinsing them under cold running water. You need a good handful of chopped chives (I use thick ones) and the equal quantity of dill for the cold soup in the amounts given. To the buttermilk, add them.
Step 3: Chop and grate the veggies
200 grams of ground cucumbers should be washed, their ends cut off, and then grated on big holes. Peel your cucumbers extra if they are bigger or from a greenhouse. Moreover, wash fifty grams of radishes, trim the ends, and thinly slice (ideally with a vegetable mandoline) or grate them similarly to cucumbers. Combine the chopped or grated veggies with the buttermilk in the basin. Include salt and pepper. The bowl should be refrigerated.
Advice: Low-salt cucumbers can be used in place of fresh ones.
Step 4: Mix and serve whatever you choose.
Taste-test the icy soup after giving it another stir. If needed, add extra pepper or salt. Arrange a half-cooked hard-boiled egg or boiled potatoes that have been finely diced on individual plates. Garnish with chopped chives and the remaining vegetables. Any variation tastes great served with a crusty baguette or a slice of your favorite bread. Serve chilled radishes with cool cucumber soup at all times.
Advice: Ripe avocado slices or crumbled feta cheese are excellent additions as well.
Fact: For 27 years, Mrągowska buttermilk has been offered on our market. Its basic makeup is rich in nutrients such as potassium, which lowers blood pressure, lactic acid, which supports the digestive system, and calcium, which is good for our bones. Flavored buttermilk has also emerged over time, including strawberry, peach, stratatella, forest fruit, and mango-cardamom. Together, we enjoy making pastries, fruit cocktails, and most recently, pancakes.
